Below Ground Waterproofing

1. Clear area and ensure surfaces have a key for product adhesion
2. Install sloped corner joint to footings for water run-off
3. Ensure the drain outlet for water soakaway is kept clear
4. Install tape line at top edge and bandage all joints and hairline cracks
5. Seal around all brackets and penetrations
6. Apply 1st coat waterproofer from tape line down onto footings and lay off horizontally
7. Apply 2nd coat and lay off vertically
8. Remove tape
9. Stick corflute sheeting to waterproofing to protect against back-filling - seal top edge and tape joints
10. Soakaway pipe installed and drainage stone laid on top
11. Backfill carefully
